Commercial Roofing

A complete removal of existing roofing membranes, insulations, cover boards, protection boards and vapour barriers down to the existing roof deck structure. We then start building the new roofing system from the existing deck up. During this process we ensure the old system and the new system tie-into each other at the end of each day to ensure a watertight seal. Only as much roof is removed in a day that new roofing can be installed and tie-in with the old existing system. Buildings and businesses can remain occupied and operational with some minor disruption that can be expected in any construction project.  

Retrofit roof renewal

This system involves renewing the waterproofing membrane in a roof system only, the system has to be dry for this type of renewal project and only certain roof systems are eligible for a retrofit project.   

Roof repair renewals

This type of roof re-newal involves removing a specific area on a roof and installing a new roof system. It then ties-in with the existing system. Most useful in a problem some or troubled area but the rest of the roof is in good condition. 

Roof Resurfacing Project

If a roofing system is starting to deteriorate but has not exceeded the serviceable life of the roof, A resurfacing project can be utilized to extend the life of the roof for more years than repair renewals. It is a multiple step process that involves repairing any detects, removing any moisture from a system and installing multiple layers of coatings and reinforcing mesh, felts and membranes. Different system require specific types of coating products and compositions such as elastomeric based vs. silicone based coatings.
